Daisy Winfield — Trainee Dental Nurse

Daisy is a trainee dental nurse who is at the beginning of an exciting career in dentistry. As she works towards her professional qualification, Daisy is gaining hands-on experience across all aspects of dental nursing while studying the theoretical knowledge required for the National Examining Board for Dental Nurses (NEBDN) qualification.

As a trainee, Daisy is learning the essential skills of dental nursing including instrument preparation and sterilisation, chairside assistance during treatments, maintaining infection control protocols, patient communication and care, and understanding dental materials and equipment.
