- Be one of the first 100 people to ‘phone us on 01872 555 911 and make an appointment for a 30 minute examination by one of our GDC Registered Dentists with an up front payment of £100 at Revitalise Dental Centre, Hurlingburrow Farm, St Agnes, Cornwall, TR5 0PG.
- You will then receive a voucher for £100 towards Boutique Whitening treatment if clinically appropriate (RRP £575)
- Should the recipient be deemed inappropriate for tooth whitening, then this voucher can be applied against any other dental treatment over the value of £500.
